October: HVAC Control Systems with Innovative Solutions
Mike Rose, REGEN Energy's Ontario sales representative, will describe how REGEN's EnviroGrid Controllers lower HVAC cooling costs three ways: reduced peak demand charges through automatic load balancing, reduced consumption charges by eliminating phantom load, and improved unit performance due to continuous commissioning. An EnviroGrid controller is installed in each rooftop unit and they establish a wireless network amongst themselves with a 2-way link to REGEN's servers via cell modem for constant monitoring and action.

With a rapid payback, and fully qualified for OPA Retrofit incentives, EnviroGrid controllers provide an effective way to reduce cooling costs.
